Water & Waste Water Treatment

Plug-and-Play Solutions for Water and Sewage Treatment. Practically, easy-to-transport design that provide robust configuration and exceptional reliability.

Many residents& industries are facing challenges for water and waste water treatment plants. Some of the mains causes is the limited access to grid supply and lack of space to install a perfect treatment plant. In addition to that, the logistics and cost involved in delivery and installation further aggravate the situation faced by many communities on the continent.
While no single requirement is exactly the same, sometimes a one-size-fits-all approach, while still maintaining a level of design flexibility is needed to ensure the communities and industry to receive basic services. This is where our package solution offers distinct benefits.

Aerobic Treatment

Aerobic treatment of waste water is a biological process that uses oxygen to break down organic contaminants and pollutants like nitrogen and phosphorous from waste water. During this process the oxygen is pumped continuously through air blower or compressor and mixed in to the waste water or septic water by a mechanical aeration mechanism.

This Aerobic digestion is a process in septic treatment designed to reduce the volume of sewage sludge and make it suitable for subsequent use. Technology has been developed that allows the treatment and reduction of other organic waste, such as food cardboard and horticulture waste

Anaerobic Treatment

Anaerobic Treatment

Anaerobic digestion is a sequence of processes by which microorganisms break down biodegradable materials in the absence of oxygen. This process is used in domestic as well us industrial purpose to manage waste or to produce fertilizer. This anaerobic waste water treatment process consists of two different stages, an acidification phase followed by a methane production phase, with both processes occurring in dynamic equilibrium.
This anaerobic wastewater treatment is used to treat a variety of industrial effluent steams from agriculture, food and beverage, dairy, pulp and paper, and textile industries, as well as municipal sewage sludge and wastewater. Depending upon specific application needs and facility requirements, anaerobic digester systems can be designed as single or multiple stage units.
